After the July 2017 upgrade, teachers can upload files by dragging them to a hotspot. Parts that apply to this include:

• Create content items
• Assignments
• Weblink
• Content collection – fileupload page
• Content editor – embedded attachment
• Blank page content type
• Blog – Create Entry
• Portfolio – add Artifact

When submitting their assignments, students can also upload them by dragging them to a hotspot.
