Portfolio general
What happens with the old Portfolio’s now the Portfolio Framework has changed?
Previously created portfolio’s will still be available in the new portfolio framework, although their type names ‘Basic Portfolio’ and ‘Personal Portfolio’ will disappear. There will only be one type of portfolio that has all of the necessary features. All of your previously created portfolio’s have been converted to this new Portfolio Framework, so you’ll be able to view, edit and share or publish them.
Numerous behaviors around portfolio authoring, layout, and design have changed in the new Portfolio Framework. These changes have been made to simplify the use of portfolios. This is why the Personal Portfolios have disappeared: students reported that they where difficult to handle.
If you created portfolio’s before, it is very important to check wether the conversion-process has done its work adequately. If you’ll need help with this step, please use this document: Checking the converted Portfolio’s
