Blackboard app

Blackboard app was formerly called BB Students.

The app is available on iOS9.0+, Android 4.2+, (Windows mobile support has been stopped).

This app is specially designed for students. For teachers, the Blackboard Instructor app is available.

From January 14, 2021, you will need two-factor authentication (2FA) to log in to Blackboard. At we explain what 2FA is and how to set it up.

The Blackboard app may have a problem with the transition to the new way of logging in. The device’s memory will then still contain the reference to the old login screen. The Service Desk recommends deleting cache and cookies from the app or reinstalling the app.

If you cannot resolve a problem with logging in to the Blackboard app, please contact the ServiceDesk.
