Jumbled Sentence
With this question type, students have to select the correct answer from a drop-down menu and put it in the right place. In this respect, the Jumbled Sentence question type resembles the Fill in Multiple Blanks question type, but now there are a number of options to choose from.
- Formulate the question and put the variables (in square brackets) in the position where the candidates have to make their selection from the drop-down list:
- Under Options, specify whether you want to allow partial credits.
- Under Answers, specify the number of answer options and complete the fields. (There may be more answer options than there are variables.)
- Click on Next.
- On the next page, specify the correct answers:
- Formulate your feedback.
- Click on Submit.
