Updating Staff Information
You can use the Staff Information (Contacts) Course Tool to share information about yourself and other teaching staff, supervisors, assistants, and so on. Enter at least the name, telephone number and email address of everyone involved, as well as when course participants can contact them. Any division of tasks (who takes care of which work groups) can also be included here.
- Make sure that the Edit Mode is turned ON
- In the course menu, click on Staff Information. The Contacts screen is displayed.
- Click on Create Contact
- Under Profile Information, fill in the relevant fields.
Under Options, you can set the availability of the page. In addition, you can add pictures to the information and/or a link to a homepage. Students often appreciate this.
